I can’t praise Tom, Nick and the whole Deacon Construction team more highly. The houses are beautiful and thoughtfully designed to be in-keeping with the village. We’ve been impressed by their attention to detail in designing modern, safe, connected homes with an excellent quality of finish throughout. On the rare occasion we have needed to get in touch, Tom has been a phone call /email away and any issues resolved very promptly. It’s been an absolute joy to make one of their houses our home. We bought our first home from Deacon Construction in July 2018 and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Tom and his team have been incredibly helpful from the beginning and they've always been on hand to help with any of our queries (even fixing the fence when my wife reversed into it...!) The finish of the house is of excellent quality and far superior to anything we have seen in any other new build properties - it felt like a home straightaway. We would have no reservations recommending Deacon Construction to any of our friends or family.

We have been in our lovely house for nearly two years now and have found the standard to be very high. We love the attention to detail that has been taken when designing and building the property. We have experienced minimal issues, and anything minor has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Tom is without doubt a huge asset to all the projects I have engaged his consultancy services on. Numerous times he has reviewed the building control drawings and made some suggestions which has saved more money than his fees. He is very organised and always replies very promptly. Most importantly his knowledge is second to none and I wish I had known about his services sooner.
